At Maison de Bee, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care. We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping details below.
Processing Times
All products are made fresh. Please allow:
• 2–4 business days for order processing.
(Processing time is separate from shipping time.)
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.
Estimated USPS delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
These timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and may vary due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
Warm Weather Shipping (Important for Body Butters)
Maison de Bee body butters contain natural oils and butters that may soften or melt during warm months.
To protect your products:
- We ship all body butters with secure packaging.
- If your butter softens, place it in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes; the texture will return as it cools.
Normal melting does not affect product quality.
Maison de Bee is not responsible for melting that occurs during transit, but we will always work with you if a product arrives damaged or spilled.
Local Pickup (Memphis, TN)
Local pickup may be available for certain products or special events. If available, you will see the option at checkout.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
Maison de Bee is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Returned packages due to address errors
- Reshipping fees for updated addresses
If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is scanned by USPS, it is officially in the carrier’s possession.
If your package is:
- Marked “Delivered” but missing
- Lost in transit
- Damaged upon arrival
You may need to file a claim directly with USPS.
We are happy to assist with product information or documentation if needed.
